Special Awards   ONLY CA submitted award nominations in all three categories.  Thanks to Carl Asher.  Recognition award to CA for contribution to Hero Program of $2500.00.

Youth Sports  Gary Leach  17 reports, New pins are available, Recognition Award to CA

Public Relations  Peter Duncan PALS has 360 mbrs, PR Directeur Tony Gallagher recuperating from open-heart surgery.

Finance  Larry Turley Report on National Web Site __ is the password.  All pamphlets are now printed in-house, Membership = per-capita, Emblem sales in-house, National ended with a surplus of $34K.

Box Car  Dennis Matarrese  Box Car Maintenance Fund increased to $150 per unit, recipients must purchase $100 in Cards or Pins.  Funded $4K to magazine, $8K to VAVS Wheel Chair, and $6K to Membership

Historiens Association Joe Handy appointed 2nd Vice President
